Service Description
Our top of the notch PM service covers the below checks: - Filter Maintenance and Replacement | Evaluates filters making sure there is a proper airflow ventilating through system. - Freon evaluation | Makes sure high/low lines are sustaining pressure for proper operation. - Contactor | Evaluating coil and electrical voltage -Capacitor | Checking for wire durability and capacitance - Wire connectivity | Checking for rusted out wires that need to be replaced - Drain line washout | Blowing out water drain line with CO2 tank - Coil Clean | Condenser coils will be thoroughly cleaned
